FAIENAP:
FAIENAP is a fraternity of tribal church associations working together to
further the kingdom in the jungles of Perú by translating the Word of God
into native languages.
Started
with the help of Wycliffe Bible Translators and the Swiss Mission, FAIENAP
is currently working on a 10 year translation project that will provide
larger portions of scripture as well as revised translations for many jungle
tribes.
It
also sponsors on-site leadership training among indigenous peoples.
SAMAIR brings FAIENAP delegates to and from remote areas as far away as
300 miles or more.
